Frequently Asked Questions :

Q: Do I have to make my purchase online?

A: You do not have to make your purchases online. Customers are more than welcome to come by and check out the equipment in person before making there purchase.

Q: If I purchase my equipment online, when will my order be ready for pickup?

A: You are welcome to come pick up your order as soon as it is placed. We are open Mondays and Wednesdays from 11am-8pm and Saturdays from 9am-5pm.

Q : Do you deliver? If so what is the cost?

A : We can deliver and the cost depends on the delivery destination and size of the order.  We do charge a minimum of $20 for any delivery.  We do encourage people to come pick up items at no additional cost. Warehouse Open hours are 11am-5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, Saturdays are from 9am-5pm. All other days are by appointment only (we don’t want anyone to waste a trip!)

Q : Where are you located?

A : We have a small show room and warehouse located at 3402 Everett Ave, Everett WA 98201.

Q : Some of my products are backordered when will I receive my products?

A : When we run out of stock we do our best to bring in new stock in quickly. Usually this means we will have replacement products within 10 business days. If you would like to find out the exact time that your backordered products will be arriving please call us directly at (425) 214-4124 and we can let you know exactly when you can expect your products to arrive.

Q : What form of payment do you accept?

A : We accept local checks, cash and all major credit cards.

Q : What’s your warranty and return policy?

A : We carry quality products that all carry a manufacturer warranty.  We will gladly provide the service and coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
